    Vista Valley Closing Services was established by Marsia D. Urdaneta, an accomplished attorney licensed in Venezuela, where she earned her law degree in 2005. With over 12 years of legal practice in her home country, Marsia also holds a Master's Degree in  Administrative Law, obtained in 2009 from the prestigious Andres Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela.  

   Upon relocating to the United States, she transitioned her legal expertise into the role of Paralegal at a Real Estate Law Firm in Harrisonburg, Virginia. There, she gained valuable experience in drafting deeds and estate planning documents. Following this, she accepted a position with a local Title Company as a Title Specialist, where she excelled over a 26-month tenure. During this period, Marsia embarked on her notarial journey, becoming a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia, a role in which she facilitated the notarization of estate planning and real estate documents. In 2021, she achieved certification as a Notary Signing Agent, further demonstrating her commitment to professionalism and excellence.

   In 2021, Marsia advanced her career by joining a nationwide Title Company as a Title Clearance Coordinator, a role she held for over two years. During this time, she discovered a deep-seated passion for supporting clients in achieving their real estate goals. This passion inspired her to transition into a full-time Notary Signing Agent role, where she could leverage her expertise to provide unparalleled service in facilitating real estate transactions.

   To date, Marsia has successfully completed over 3,500 loan signings and general notary assignments. Her extensive experience and unwavering dedication position her as a trusted partner for facilitating accurate and seamless document signings.
